There are few preinstalled exercises in the app but you can simplify create your owns if you can't find appropriate ones.
2. <b>Choose your daily target in the exercise</b>
Choose the goal which is difficult to achieve, but can still be. Don't set too high or too low, be adequate.
3. <b>Choose week days for the exercise</b>
4. <b>Choose finish date for the challenge</b>
Your challenge is ready! Every day that you've chosen for a challenge you receive a notification about your goal for the day. Try to achieve and soon you'll see the results.
